I’m Luca, a wedding, engagement, couples and family photographer.

I live in Italy, somewhere between Lake Como and Milan.

I used to be an interior and product designer, and somehow that world still belongs to me today.

More precisely, a certain aesthetic that I’ve developed over the years, through both my studies and my work — an aesthetic that is very much connected to CEREAL Magazine.

But I’m also a huge Radiohead fan.

You’ll often find a line from one of their songs hidden somewhere in my Instagram captions.

Photographers I look up to and love?

Alec Soth first and foremost, then Daniel Arnold, Ferdinando Scianna, Shin Noguchi, Daido Moriyama, Gary Winogrand, and many others.

In a nutshell, my photography is a mix of the clean, refined — a word I actually can’t stand — and melancholic, together with the dirty, instinctive, analogue, imperfect.

Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, basically.

What matters to me is that a photograph has a certain texture, a certain feel, and meaning.

I don’t care if it’s technically perfect. What matters is that you can feel it.
